Homemade scalp scrubs

The peeling is very important in order to have a healthy skin. We have to do a face peeling to detoxify the skin, a body peeling to get rid of the ingrown hair and a peeling on the scalp to stimulate the hair growth.

The scalp peeling improves the blood circulation, which stimulates the hair growth.

  • A scrub which nourishes the scalp. The peeling can also nourish the scalp. A nourished scalp means shiny hair.

To prepare this scrub, you will need:

  • 3 tablespoons sweet almond oil
  • 2 tablespoons fine salt

You mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous paste.

You apply the scrub on the scalp on a wet hair by massaging gently for 5 minutes. You rinse the hair after 5 minutes.

  • A scrub which activates the blood circulation. We have already explained that a good blood circulation means a stimulated hair growth.

To prepare this easy homemade scrub, you will need:

  • 2 tablespoons aloe vera gel
  • 2 teaspoons of jojoba pearls
  • 5 drops of Bay St. Thomas essential oil

You mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous texture.

You apply the scrub by massaging for 5 minutes before shampooing.

  • A scrub to purify the oily scalp. The peeling of the scalp also serves to purify the scalp, especially if you have an oily hair. To prepare this scrub, you will need:

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons fine salt

You mix the ingredients in order to obtain a homogenous mixture. You apply the scrub by massaging the scalp for 5 minutes and you rinse it with a lukewarm water.

You shouldn’t do this scrub if you have pimples on the scalp, so you don’t irritate the skin.

Everybody who has problems with the hair growth should do peelings on the scalp. This means that men should also do peelings on the scalp.
